Professional and Clinical Supervision
What is clinical supervision – “Supervision is a disciplined, tutorial process wherein principles are transformed into practical skills, with four overlapping foci: administrative, evaluative, clinical and supportive” (Powell & Brodsky, 2004)
Our focus of supervision is to support the individual to thrive in their role professionally, as well as personally. We function as a teacher, consultant, coach and mentor to improve quality of care for the clinician, the service provided, and assist in professional development.
Clinical supervision is completed after-hours, via telehealth only.
Clinical supervision is available to all professionals working within the mental health and the AOD sector, roles available to seek support can include; community and disability workers, acute and chronic clinical workers, as well as administrative staff.
