NDIS – Mental Health & Wellbeing STA Program
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing STA Program offers NDIS participants and their families a unique opportunity for supportive respite, carefully designed to foster growth, confidence, and skill development under the supervision of a fully qualified mental health and primary care nurse practitioner. This isn’t just a holiday or a getaway – it’s a tailored immersive program aimed at empowering participants to learn, challenge themselves, and thrive.
Set amidst the stunning Apline region of Victoria, on 30 acres of private, tranquil property, the program combines outdoor adventure with therapeutic activities to promote holistic wellbeing. Participants engage in educational sessions that encourage learning and personal growth, outdoor challenges that build resilience and self-confidence, and mindfulness practices that cultivate emotional awareness and calmness. Social games, imaginative play, and reflective campfire conversations about life, growth, and future aspirations are woven throughout the experience, fostering connection and self-discovery.
The program is flexible and can be delivered in one-on-one settings or within small groups, tailored to meet each participant’s individual needs and goals. While a brochure PDF is available for reference below, the true richness of this program lies in its bespoke nature. It’s designed to be adaptable and responsive, ensuring every participant receives a meaningful and supportive experience.
With consistently positive reviews and participants eager to return, this program has proven to be a transformative and enjoyable journey. If you’re interested in exploring how this tailored wellbeing retreat can benefit your loved one, I encourage you to reach out for a personalised discussion – because this is more than just respite; it’s a stepping stone towards greater confidence, resilience and happiness.
